A custom-made replacement part I made to fix an 1990's inflatable boat made by Zodiac Nautic. Now fully 3D-printable. The original screw cap/ air lid/ nozzle isn't available anymore, so I made a new one in Fusion360. I made the part from ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), which makes it resistant to long-term heat exposure, harsh weather conditions and UV-light. Dimensions: 6.1 x 4 x 5.2 cm (length x width x height) The only thing you need is a flexible ring around the nozzle to make it air tight, and you are ready to go!
