Zojirushi Steel Mug Carrier

This is for the Zojirushi SM-KHE48NL Steel Mug (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005PO9T6M/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1). If you want to use this for the other thinner Zojirushi Steel Mug, scale the model in the X and Y axis by 0.99. I had measured the Zojirushi Steel Mug's diameter at 64mm. The inner diameter of the holder is 64.4mm. My printed holder has a pretty tight fit. You might need to adjust it if it doesn't quite fit yours. I would recommend you print with the loop side down and supports enabled. After printing, if its a little too tight, you can sand the inside a bit. If its a little loose, you apply some masking tape to the inside. To install the carrier: 1. Put the lid on the mug and tighten all the way. 2. Place your thumb underneath the back hinge of the lid. 3. While keeping your thumb in place, unscrew the lid and remove. 4. Place the carrier onto the mug, lining up the loop with your thumb. 5. Ease the carrier down onto the mug. You might need to nudge the carrier down a little at a time, alternating sides. Its a pretty tight fit for me and takes some effort to get it on. But thats a good thing to ensure the carrier won't slide around on the mug. 6. After its in place, attach a carabiner. Or a metal loop. Or any other hook or loop of your choice.
