Started off thickening up a Shaggy body (that Super Saiyan one is easier to slice the head and arms off of) then built the head and hat. Still needed hair though....Ben Franklin has basically the same style and a bobble head makes things even easier! Been using the arms from the odd Isz - The Maxx model - they're modular and perfect for cartoonish figures. I did add a couple cones to the ends to give Zoot cuffs in that baggy shirt. Because it hangs down so far, I didn't even bother with my usual point of articulation at the waist. Zoot moves slow. He's probably not doing the twist. Those arms are bent so he can hold the sax of your choice. Plenty to choose from on Thingverse and beyond. Print the head and hands with supports. The body doesn't need it. If you print him as a statue, you may want to experiment with tree supports on those arms.
