Side Panels + Magnet Parts to enclose your Zortrax M200 3D Printer. (hardware V02 if that matters) . I've uploaded original solidworks files as well as DXF and STL files. (see files and instructions) Instructions The panels are meant to be laser-cut. (hence including the DXF line-drawings) 1/8" thick acrylic was used. 3 sheets of 15" x 15" should do it. If you want to get fancy like I did, then have the side-sheets be smoked acrylic. . The magnet parts are meant to be 3D printed. (hence including the STL files) I printed all 11 "base" parts at once: .19 layer height. 10 degree support. 20% fan. I then printed all 11 "lid" parts at once: .14 layer height. 10 degree support. 20% fan. . The magnets are Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets 1/2" x 1/16". you will need QTY: 33 of them.
