Zortrax M200 Filament Aligner

Hi there! I've designed the aligner, after having problems with filament's feeding into the extruder. At first I thought I was having clogs... then I thought it could be an issue with the temperature control (I got the covers "just in case")... swapping spools... etc. After trying everything, including replacing the entire hot-end, nothing seemed to work. So I went piece by piece, examining what could be causing this. And I found out that the hole that holds the filament tube, is in a "bottleneck" shape and too tight for the tube. So I thought this could be the source of the problem... and it was!! It causes too much friction to the filament, so eventually it'll be too much drag for the extruder gear to pull. After I've installed the aligner, the filament goes free into the extruder, with no resistance, and it works great. As you can see in the photos, now there's a gap between the aligner and the extruder hole. I hope you find it useful! Cheers, JesusRT Print Settings Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.14mm Infill: SOLID Notes: Those are the settings I've used with Z-ABS (zcode attached).
