Like many people, I had issues with Fan#2 acting up in my Zotac RTX 3080 Trinity OC. Support suggested to unmount the shroud and check the fan connections. Once it was open, I figured: why not add better (=quieter) fans while I'm at it? These brackets fit into the existing threads in the radiator, nothing needs to be physically altered. This mod can be undone without a trace. Bill of Materials: 8 x M3 screws, length of thread = (height of fan + 4mm) <- no wiggle room 2 x M3 screws, length of thread = 8mm <-lots of wiggle room 10 x M3 nut 6 x M2 screws, length of thread = 6mm <- no wiggle room 1 x [GPU Fan to PWM Adapter](https://www.amazon.de/dp/B005ZKZEQA/) or similar 1 x [PWM Y-Splitter](https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00KG8K5CY/) or similar 2 x nice and quiet 120mm fan Note: Before mounting the lower brackets, don't forget to put the nuts inside...
