ZumSpot C4Labs case height extender for OLED screen

ZumSpot C4Labs case height extender for OLED screen

I bought the standard C4Labs case for my ZumSpot, but decided I wanted to mount a 0.96" OLED screen inside the case, so I quickly designed a height extender with vent holes on the side. If you look at the picture, you will see that it replaces the last two black sections under the translucent top cover. I mounted the OLED screen with double sided tape and also manually created a new top cover without vent holes as well (not required). Also, to make the enclosed M2.5 x 25mm screws still work with the higher case (net gain is 3mm), I removed the rubber feet. Since my hotspot sits upright as shown in the first picture, it's not an issue. If you need feet, you can either get longer screws (M2.5 x 30mm) or stick on self adhesive felt pads that you can buy at a DIY store. 73 de Frank / AB0WV
