ZWO ASI Camera and DSLR Lens to Telescope Adapter

This thing adapts a ZWO ASI Camera (or other CCDs with a C Mount) using a DSLR lens (here a Nikon lens) to use with telescope mounts. It also carries a finder dovetail shoe. There are two versions of the actual holder: One is a two part and clamps the adapter with screws, the other one uses cable ties. You need some M4 bolts and nuts to assemble it. In the camera holder there is space for a 1/4"-20 UNC Nut to mount it alone on a photo mount. I used a "Nikon F AI mount adaptor for C mount 16mm Film Mount" to put my Nikon Lens on my ASI 120MC. Taken with SharpCap latest beta and using the live stacking. Print Settings Printer: Velleman k8200 Supports: No Resolution: 0.24mm layer height Infill: hexagon Notes: All parts can be printed without support. Parts are oriented as they should be printed. On the large base part and the holder itself there is a custom support which supports the large hole. Easy to remove with pliers or a screw driver. The large part is also prone to warping, so take counter measures according to your printer! I printed in PLA. 0.5mm nozzle. Post-Printing To assemble you need 4x 4mm cable ties (or two longer ones) OR 2x M4x25 Bolts and 2x M4 Nuts 2x M4x20 Bolts 2x M4x25 Bolts 4x M4 Nuts For the optional photo mount fix you need 1/4 Zoll - 20 UNC Flanschmutter Stahl verzinkt (flange nut) How I Designed This I used Blender (http://blender.org), have a look into the .blend file!
