ZWO ASI Camera Holder

Camera holder for some of the ZWO ASI cameras. This holder clamps around the 11mm thick T2 ring which attaches directly to the camera face - therefore it is required for this holder to work. The OD of the T2 ring appears to be 2" - so this may work on other brand cameras if you are using a 2" extension tube. The holder is designed to be used when you are attaching a short focal length lens directly to the ZWO camera -not recommended for lens over 135mm. To attached the the bottom part of the clamp to the dovetail requires two 10-24 3/4" machine screws and two nuts. The lower part of the clamp will also need to be tapped - suggested 4mm 0.70 pitch. The tap can also be used to tap the holes on the dovetail mounts on the upper part of the camera holder. Suggested thumbscrews are available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N2NEPQR/)
