This is a petcock lever for a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-9R. I designed this because when i bought my bike, it was missing the original lever. Before getting into 3d printing i made an ugly aluminum staff to use as a lever. Tested this on my bike, its working and sits pretty tight. Pictures might follow. Usage: Just fix with a m4 screw (and optionally a m4 washer). The hole is actually not a square, it is 6.1 x 6.8 mm, so there are only two possible positions to fix it. The valve is in it's "ON"-position, when it is rotated clockwise till it stops. If the lever is mounted correctly, the Text that is right-side-up marks the currently selected valve. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 30% Notes: I would not recommend using less than 30% infill because of the force on the lever.
