ZZR 250 Ignition Shroud

Was sick of not being able to find these after someone broke into a bike and damaged the shroud. When I gained another, it had all of the printing worn off, so I re-engineered this one. The font is Helvetic (what is the closest) and this has been sunken into the top 0.5mm to allow the fonts to be painted white, and sanded down to make the text readable. the TEXT is as close to accurate dimensions as I could get... it looks VERY close to OEM. The design was made in fusion 360 non-commercial so cannot be sold - I'm leaving it for anyone from the ZZR rebuild community to print at no cost. I do not give permission for anyone to use this for a business of production... this is only for personal use. I recommend you print it in black resin on an SLA printer to get the font detail, but not sure how it will stand up to UV exposure over a long time - so you might have to print another in the future. You could also print with colour-coded resin for your bike to customise it to your bike too. You could foreseeably be able to print just the top cap and allow you to cut the old one off and glue this to the top if your is damage. you may want to import the STL into your [design-package-of-choice] and use it to laser-etch into aluminium and make the label and simply stick it over the old one.. if all you want is better graphics.
