Прижимная гайка (3), установлена резьбовым соединением на головке винта. Способ хронической электростимуляции спинного мозга. Включает установку на позвоночник, в область прилежащую к спинному мозгу (1), электродов (2), под рентгенологическим контролем, с использованием проводника, фиксацию электродов, подключение электродов к аппарату для электростимуляции (8). Для установки и фиксации электрода в дужку позвонка (3) имплантируют устройство (4), являющееся проводником и фиксатором электрода. В дужке позвонка выполняют канал (6) по направлению к спинному мозгу, в канал устанавливают устройство. Через имплантированное устройство проводят электрод, в область прилежащую к спинному мозгу, и фиксируют в устройстве в достигнутом положении. Обеспечивает возможность периодической (хронической) электростимуляции спинного мозга проволочными электродами. Обеспечивается возможность периодического снятия электрода и повторной установки на прежнее место.
