Made this because my hot end cooling fan have failed. This build consists of 20% stock parts and 80% after market parts. Main Advantage: Added a part cooler to aid the stock blower fan. Improved hot end enclosure design, allowing a higher rate of airflow passing by the heat sink. Boltless design on fan duct, making it easy to remove. Exposed position of LM2596, makes this build needless for soldiering and you dont even need to open the mother board box to modify your machine. Optimized for 3d printing, when angled right, only a little amount of support material is needed. What you need to build this: 10 * m3 socket head cap screws10 * m3 brass inserts (maximum dia = 4.75mm)LM2596 Buck Converter (Size can vary, if it doesnt fit, modify the file)Some double sided tapes to tape your LM2596 into the enclosure2* Noctua A4*10mm silent fans (or any other 12V DC A4*10 Fans).
