This is a Chinese New Year deco. The word 福 means Blessing, Good fortune. If hanging it outdoors, this is mounted inverted to symbolize fortune is here! For indoors, hang it right side up. Added a Monkey for 2016, year of the monkey. Instructions Print with 10% fill, thread a fishing line thru the hole and hang it up.
