A holder for Pocket Tissue to dealing with runny nose when cycling in cold weather. The main body of the holder and the hanging parts are glued together, and fixed to the top tube of the bicycle with a non-slip sheet between them and a bandage. Please attach it around the center of the bottle cage where it will not interfere with attaching and detaching the bottle. "Pocket Tissue" is a means of advertising used in Japan. Since tissues are very cheap in Japan, they are distributed on the streets by inserting advertising papers from stores and other sources.
