... but Stronger material is necessary, like ABS or PETG. ... Enable bridging. No support necessary if printed upright. It might not fit perfectly, but it works. Specially if you loose the key and print for an emergency until the original part arrives.

not sure if anyone needs this but i was asked to replicate a hygenex key for hand towels for a friend....please dont steal any handtowels :D I had best luck printing straight up with supports and a support blocker arround the base.
