Here's a design sketch for a precision-engineered grip for a high-performance microphone, conceived and brought to life using Autodesk Inventor 2016 Pro's cutting-edge tools and intuitive interface.

I deliberately chose not to utilize the standard 1/4-20 threads originally, instead opting to create a custom hole that would accommodate a 1/2" length of 1/4-20 threaded rod which could then be bonded securely within.
