For a Nixie IN-8-2 the tube diameter is around 18mm but there is some variation +/- 0.2mm. So for best results, print a couple of tools and with a 220 grit piece of sandpaper, enlarge the inner diameter to fit the slightly larger tubes, medium, etc....
