Very simple flashlight diffuser for a cheap LED flashlight with a 24mm lense diameter. There are other designs available, but this is to be attached permanently.
X/Y/Z is 24mm/24mm/30mm
I needed something to even out the light for the Minecraft torch I printed for my son. The flashlight was, obviously, too directional. Even scaled it down to 23mm for another cheap dollar store LED flashlight. Popped on perfectly and secured with a little hot glue.
Printed with clear PLA. 0.8mm shell thickness, no infill, .1mm layer height. I probably should have gone with a 1.2mm shell thickness, as the diffuser didn't fill in completely at the top, even with active cooling. A dab of hot glue took care of that.
