Tired of having to store your flashlight diffuers separately and getting them lost? Here's your solution. Store your diffuser directly on the head of the flashlight. To use it as a diffuser, simply flip it around and reattach.
The sample flashlight diffusers are specific to the Thrunite T30, Thrunite 1A V3, and the generic zoom flashlight - the diffuser design can be modified for just about any flashlight with a head. One end of the diffuser is thicker (inside diameter) than the other end. This allows the diffuser to store directly on the head when inserted on direction and when flipped the other way, it only fits on a few mm onto the bezel, acting as a diffuser. To make the light into a full diffuser, cover the top hole with a piece of tissue paper or other covering (like duct tape).
Storage End Outer Diameter: 2mm thicker than inner diameter
Diffuser End Outer Diameter: Same thickness as storage end outer diameter.
Diffuser End Inner Diameter: just thick enough to catch tightly on the bezel and not slide onto the head. This end needs to also be long enough that it catches the bezel when diffuser is reinserted in "storage mode." Failure to make this piece long enough means that the diffuser could slide off.
